Ashlee Simpson back in February of 2007 arriving to the 2007 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Awards Party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. She looked hot in this bright blue party dress. Her long blonde hair was parted in the middle and worn very straight over her shoulders. Her eye makeup was simple, her lips pale pink. This is one of our favorite photos of her back in the day.
