Ashlee Simpson at Katsuya Restaurant

Ashlee Simpson on July 22 of 2010 leaving Katsuya restaurant wearing a flowing black maxi dress. She looked rather thin in this sleeveless dress. Her long brown hair was a little straggly. It was dark brown at the top and faded into light brown towards the bottom. She has several small braids placed throughout. The front of her hair was in small braids and then pulled back.
