Ashlee Simpson-Wentz in September of 2009 arriving for the Paley Center/TV Guide Fall 2009 Preview Parties for the CW. She looked adorable in this strapless black and white stripped dress carrying a red clutch. Her ever-changing hair color looked pretty in this orange-red color. Her hair was pulled back in a loose chignon, the front was parted in the center with pieces gently framing her face. The color of her hair made her blue eyes shimmer – we love it!
